Our courses, seminars, retreats and other events are designed to answer in simple ways the everlasting questions of who we really are, from where do we come, and give practical assistance to realise each one’s own potential, whatever this might be and mean, personally. We share simple ways to empower people to touch their own joy and how to express this – and therefore themselves – courageously and with loving determination, each in their own way then inspiring those others around to do the same.
To us, personal growth and corporate growth are inter-connected. Women’s Inner and Professional Growth Series:
Empowerment and Inner Exploration Series
- “Women & The Feminine Principle” series, designed to return women to their centre of feminine power; and give voice and acknowledgement to these journeys. Answers questions that may include:
“Have you women ever asked yourselves the question about your lives? How to juggle 150 balls at the same time, and yet stay serene, peaceful, youthful and beautiful? Have you ever wondered how to become confident in yourself and your choices - or even to know what is right for you? How to manage your emotions rather than the other way around? How to know yourself and your body differently? And how to express yourself as a whole woman, sexually? It’s all within.”
- Women & the Spirit of Sexuality
A bold, new, three-level programme designed to serve women in terms of addressing women’s relationship to sexuality, sexual conflict and the difference between the energies of sexuality and nurture.
What does “Women & the Spirit of Sexuality” mean?
It means that we are going to work together upon a framework of understanding of belief systems connected with women’s sexuality, for women to understand the power of their own sexual energy, how we often give it all away in terms of society-led misconceptions and misunderstandings and how to build a more-solid foundation for future growth in this largely-misunderstood area.
Each level of this very important seminar is completely different – yet inter-connected, and will be led by the combined force of those women who choose to be present to explore themselves in this way.
Level 1 – We will examine on a general level those Belief Systems associated with women’s sexuality and how some women might feel imprisoned within society’s expectations. We will also be looking at its connections with the human chakra system with a view to optimising the health of our reproductive system in general and our sexual organs in particular.
Practical and fun. Sharing and insights on a non-personal level are encouraged.
Women & The Spirit of Sexuality, Levels 2 and 3 mean that we will be exploring new horizons about our individual sexuality, perhaps also do any healing necessary therein, and then move into philosophies and practices of the more mystical energy work in terms of chakra connectivity, to engender more fulfilling physical and emotional relationships in committed partnerships.
Pre-requisites for Levels 2 & 3 of “Women & The Spirit of Sexuality” include: participation in any “Woman & The Feminine Principle” seminar in any country, and Level 1 of the same course.
Other seminars designed to assist women on their journey of inner growth and personal peace include "Mothers & Daughters" which offers both reconciliation and a deepening of these very important relationships, and “Breaking the Glass Ceiling – Women & the Invisible Veil in the Corporate World” that looks at ways in which women limit themselves in the workplace.
Anna also runs monthly “Incredible Woman” groups for women of all professions, cultures and persuasions to meet and enjoy new friendships with each other from amongst a more-empowered community that she’s building, not just in Cyprus, right around the world too through her various women's seminars, retreats, Guidance and other Feminine Principle and Wise Woman series of events.

“Know Yourself, and the Truth Shall Set You Free” – foundation courses in spiritual energy, structure of Life, the mysteries of the universe and therefore our deeper Selves and our relationship with All That Is. Answers questions that may include:
“Is there more to Life beyond performance, achievement and the material world? Who Am I and what is my place in the world? What is the cycle of Life and how do I relate with it? What about the five elements, sun, moon, stars and cosmos? What are “inner wisdom” and intuition, and how are these related to the Akashic Records? What is “Being”, the journey of the Soul, and our essential selves? What are “inner planes” and “external planes” of existence and how do they relate with the chakras? The multi-dimensional body? Vibrational energy? How does all this apply to me? It’s all within.”

“I Am” Series, that takes the wisdom of our deeper selves into practical application, including, for instance, “I Am …. Love”, “I Am ….. Courage”, “I Am ….. Creation”, “I Am ….. Harmony”, “I Am ….. Inspiration”. Answers questions that may include:
“Who Am I and from where do I come, energetically? How do I find my inner Self, and more importantly, stay there? What am I here to do? How do I achieve this? How do I access my own inner strength? What are the purposes of my Life, my family's lives? How do I assist myself, them to achieve these? How to come to terms with Life? And how to help us all Be together, in Peace, Joy and Love? It’s all within.”

“Love & Relationships - An Exploration from the Inside Out", that shows people how to use their own wisdom to look into the hearts of each person they meet, and see themselves, reflected. Practice of this fundamental universal law brings compassion and a deeper understanding of both ourselves and each other. The weekend teaches how people relate with themselves can/does affect all their relationships in terms of beliefs, expectations, judgments, boundaries and various personal myths. By bringing together these different levels of relationships into one unified whole, people often find themselves more willing to be with each other differently and come finally to be at ease with themselves and therefore of each other. Answers questions that may include:
“Feel like you're stuck in a rut in your relationships? Same-old same-old? Little or no communication? Looking to create something more joyful, more meaningful to yourself/family/partner/friends? Need more confidence? Empowerment? Choice? It’s all within.”

“Practical Wisdom for an Everyday World” that works with concepts of chakra consciousness to teach about structure of life and how to maintain balance when under pressure in today’s fast-changing world. Answers questions that may include:
“I feel pulled in all directions by my job/wife/mother/father/girlfriend and feel I have to do what they all say, even though someone it doesn’t feel right to me. How can I get more clarity on how my life is structured and inter-related, how can I make changes so that I can live together more harmoniously with them all? How do I manage my needs, take care of myself and stay balanced whilst coping with both a busy job and a demanding family life? It’s all within.”

“Intuition” series of courses, that include “Intuition and Your Business”, “Intuition in Today’s Chaotic World”, “Use of Intuition in Illness” etc. Answers questions that may include:
“I often “just know” things without knowing how I know! How do I know these are not just my imagination? I can often feel what’s going on for other people, or see the future – I don’t know what it’s about and I’m afraid. How can I read my own future? It’s all within.”

“Healing with Love” that returns people to understand underlying causes of disease and distress, empowering them to heal themselves by looking within and using their intuition to determine best way forward. Anna shares simple yet powerful techniques for you to help yourself and loved ones in your life. Practical hands-on, gentle, simple and effective. Answers questions that may include:
“Would you like to know how to assist yourself, your family and friends to heal chronic pain, emotional upset, stress and the chattering mind? What are the symbolic causes of sickness, distress and disease? How to be still and be at peace with yourself and how to share this peace with others?”

Meditation and Creative Visualisation Courses are taught for people of all levels to learn how to focus – or still - their minds, get in touch with and maintain Presence, feel their own Silence, connect with their own hearts, feel their heartbeats beneath their breath, hear and know their own Wisdom, see their own way forward, manage stress and see their own way forward. Anna teaches many different techniques, including right use of breath, colour, sound and light meditations, how to meditate with the Five Elements, sacred geometry, build and/or extend the Merkaba, connecting with our own Love and similar vibrational energy, and healing self/others through meditation.

"Listen to the Heartbeat of the Earth" and “into the Spirit of…..” Sacred Travel Series held to bring about healing and harmony to the earth and her peoples according to ancient principles of wisdom. Countries visited so far include: Classical Egypt, Petra (Jordan), Classical Athens and Japan. A second proposed trip around sacred sites in Egypt, working with archetypical energy of gods and goddesses from Classical Egyptian theology, was recently postponed.
