 Have you ever:

• Wondered if you've made the right choices in your life? Or have you sought to be more in peace with those choices that you already made -- Or had allowed others to make for you?
• Asked to know answers or directions to any dilemmas you might be facing?
• Needed to keep emotionally balanced in the midst of busy work/family situations, or felt you that you are reaching burn-out?
• Sought liberation from those same-old, same-old thoughts and fears?

Most of all, have you noticed that you’ve often known your own answers in your “heart of hearts”, but either just didn’t trust that ‘little voice within’, or were a bit afraid to speak your truth in that moment ..... and then, much later, wished you had?

There's more to Life than meets the eye....

You might have also had deep questions within, about yourself, your responsibilities and perhaps how to get more fulfillment, within. Or how to make your life flow differently. The questions you might have, within yourself, might be "What is it all about?" or, deeper still "Who Am I?" and “Why am I here?”. “What am I doing?” or “How can I be more effective with less effort?”

Or even, "What next?" "Is there more to Life?"

Yes, there is! Much, much more! In the midst of daily life, there is insightful vision, inspiration, passion, joy and undeniable self-expression! For instance, have you ever seen yourself? Your own inner beauty? Your own creativity? Really? Have you even ever recognized, acknowledged these within yourself?

Alongside this, do you still know yourself, who you really are? How your heart might beat inside of you, how you might breathe your joy, and for what? And how you might be able to share this with your family and friends.

It's all within.

This is your weekend if you are ready to take time out - for yourself – recharge, re-energize and rejuvenate yourself in the company of other women, explore your inner self and expand your innate – intuitive – wisdom. To reconnect with your own inner peace and harmony. You just need to know where to look and what to ask for.

Expect great fun and laughter, perhaps some tears too as realizations touch deeply your heart. Deeply insightful in terms of the pressures we place ourselves under, learn how to grow beyond them, with practical tools and suggestions to use in the future.

Day One will look at who you are as a woman in your specific culture, the structure of your life, your relationship with yourself, your loved ones and your life, and how you feel about it all. We will look at how/why you do the things you do, how/why some might feel burdened by this whilst others are full of joy, what are your masks, which ones serve you, which ones no longer do - and which ones make you stressed or ill. Or, which ones might keep you in bondage (to yourself) in terms of unfinished business. What are common beliefs about women around the world, and which do you unconsciously allow to limit you in terms of your vision for yourself. Or not?

Day Two looks towards the future. So..... after you've achieved all of 'that' - and continue to so do - you will look at what lies ahead of you, and most importantly, you decide what is – or what is not, for you. What of your life you might wish to change and how might you go about it in a way that empowers not just yourself, everyone around you too. What are the natural laws of creation, the creative process and right use of energy for you harness for yourself, and your family?

You will also look at how the various natural rhythms of your body, how they are connected with the natural rhythm of our beautiful planet, and learn how to ride with them so you feel well, always, have boundless energy and are in control of your body, rather than the other way around.

At the end of this weekend you will be more able to step into the light of who you be, to be able to express and manage yourself more fully and consciously, and start to live your life in a different way. Perhaps to be more deliberate and purposeful in your own creation of miracles. Certainly, you will be more at peace with yourself and who you be as a woman. Now, what greater gift could you give yourself?

Women & the Spirit of Sexuality

A bold, new, three-level programme designed to serve women in terms of addressing women’s relationship with sexuality, sexual conflict and the difference between the energies of sexuality and nurture.

• Felt placed into a box in terms of expectations?
• Yearned for a deeper or more vital connection with your partner during intimate times?
• Wondered how you could enhance the experience for you both you and your partner?
• Wished to realise your sexuality as a mystical practice, to touch the spirit of both you and your partner as part of your mutual inward journey of self-discovery?

What does “Women & the Spirit of Sexuality” mean?

It means that we are going to work together upon a framework of understanding of belief systems connected with women’s sexuality, for women to understand the power of their own sexual energy, how we often give it all away in terms of society-led misconceptions and misunderstandings and how to build a more-solid foundation for future growth in this largely-misunderstood area.

Each level of this very important course of practice is completely different – yet inter-connected -, and will be led by the combined force of those women who choose to be present to explore themselves in this way.

Level 1 – We will examine on a general level those Belief Systems associated with women’s sexuality and how some women might feel imprisoned within society’s expectations. We will also be looking at its connections with the human chakra system with a view to optimising the health of our reproductive system in general and our sexual organs in particular.

Practical and fun. Sharing and insights on a non-personal level are encouraged. 

Levels Two and Three will be launched in Paris in early 2012 and thereafter taught globally. For these two levels, “Women & The Spirit of Sexuality” means that we will be exploring new horizons about our individual sexuality, perhaps also do any healing necessary therein, and then move into philosophies and practices of the more mystical energy work in terms of chakra connectivity, to engender more fulfilling physical and emotional relationships in committed partnerships.

Pre-requisites for Levels 2 & 3 of “Women & The Spirit of Sexuality” include: participation in any “Woman & The Feminine Principle” seminar in any country, and Level 1 of the same course.
